Crabbie’s Mulled Spiced Pineapple & Strawberry Punch

35ml Crabbie’s Mulled Ginger Wine
35ml light rum
35ml pineapple juice
30ml strawberry puree
20ml lemon juice
10ml gomme
Soda water
Cubed ice
Glassware and Garnishes
Tall glass
Pineapple leaf
Strawberries
How to serve
Add 35ml Crabbie’s Mulled Ginger Wine, 35ml light rum, 35ml pineapple juice, 30ml strawberry puree, 20ml lemon juice and 10ml gomme to a cocktail shaker and shake lightly. Pour into a tall glass filled with cubed ice and add soda water to fill. Stir and add a Pineapple leaf and Strawberries to garnish before serving.
